Everybody had a good day? If it's your summer vacation or your last break before testing, I present to you a brand new week of cards to be reviewed. But before I get to that I am going to explain what's up with our CotD staff. I am not sure where Darth went, hopefully he will be back soon. Dan is on CotD strike until he gets some word from UDE. Hopefully that will work for him. BlankZero is taking this week off. So, if this week is lacking in reviewers, that is all I know. Maybe by the end of this week or next week everything will smooth out.

While they are gone, I decided to pick an interesting week of cards. The theme is "melee strikes that have bonuses with teamworks." Today's card is "United Front," an uncommon card. Like all cards this week, it a melee card. The cost of the card is just 2 green furyoku. For a strike this cost is very cheap, but the stats are quite poor. Intercept is very low at 3 while force is high at 6. This strike will need help from an advantage card to power the intercept. "United Front" is not strong enough by itself to counterattack against the Opening Attack. The force is above the golden 5, so this card could pack a punch if you counterattack.

On the chance you can't counterattack and you have a teamwork in the zone you flipped "United Front" you can get an effect. If you meet the requirements you get a 'Tactical:Green' on this card. If you haven't flipped some support prior to flipping this card the effect can be very useful. It bails you out if you are in a pinch.

"United Front" isn't great in Sealed or Tournaments since the intercept is so low. More playable in Casual, where a 3 force has a better chance at coming your way. Overall, the 3 intercept just isn't strong enough for this card to be played.

Casual: 3.5/5
Tournament: 3/5
Sealed: 3/5
