Didn’t want to leave the weekend with just 1 review, so here’s the most anime card you can possibly imagine from GX: Rainbow Neos.

Rainbow Neos is a Level 10 LIGHT Warrior Fusion with 4500 ATK and 3000 DEF. Those stats are great, alongside being a LIGHT Warrior. Fusion Materials are Elemental HERO Neos alongside any Ultimate Crystal monster, which is fine considering Neos Fusion still exists. It must be Fusion Summoned with the above materials, cause they don’t want you cheating out a 4500 body with great effects. Speaking of those great effects, you got a once per turn option to activate one of three effects. You can either send a monster you control to the graveyard to shuffle all monsters the opponent controls into the Deck, send a Spell/Trap you control to the graveyard to shuffle all the opponent’s Spells and Traps they control into the Deck, or send the top card of your Deck to the graveyard to shuffle all cards in the opponent’s graveyard into the Deck. Overall 3 very powerful options to wipe the opponent’s board of cards and their graveyard. The only real downside is no Quick Effect, but that’s fine cause this would be overpowered otherwise. Being able to take out all the opponent’s monsters, backrow, or graveyard is very strong even in 2022, especially considering it all goes to the Deck where you are least likely to trigger negative effects for you. Rainbow Neos is a card still worth playing in 2022, it’s just likely staying locked to Crystal Beast or Neos Decks.

Advanced Rating: 4/5

Art: 4.5/5 Neos has become very shiny.
