Not a great card by any stretch of the imagination. Not terrible, as in unplayable, but I won’t be rushing to put one in my deck. 2 yellow energy seems an awful lot to pay for such mediocre intercept and force. Since the card effect is merely a trade of energy, it doesn’t seem to me to be all that useful. Sure I like eliminating my opponent’s energy, but I don’t like losing the same amount to do so.

No listings on ebay for this baby, and I couldn’t find anywhere that was selling it as a single, which means, no action. No action indicates to me a mediocre collector’s value. Maybe a buck or two.

My Ratings:
Playability 3 of 5
Collectability 3 of 5

Next week: Better cards, one would hope.

Yerkamig I think someone in the upper echelons of Pojo might be sending me a message. I posted a Rachel Darling deck last week(Oceans 14) which could have used more of a signature strategy. A Woman's Touch is that signature.

For only 2 yellow it gives a decent 6-5 combination that allows serious useability for both defense and offense. But the real fun starts with its payment power. For two more green you can eliminate up to two of your opponents green energy. Sweet right? Yes, but still not signature.

You must ask: what problem occurs whenever I try to eliminate green energy?

Answer: no green energy is available. Afterall it is the least valuable, and the zone is often empty. But thanks to the Sail strikes Broadside(4-4) and Run

Aground(7-4), that problem is solved. When counterattacking with these strikes you can move your opponents yellow energy to his green zone, for free. No payment cost. This allows for easy pickins' of the green zone with A Woman's

Touch. And voila! A signature is born.

Review: 4 0f 5.
