When I
first discovered Gliscor it looked very offensive to me. But it
is an excellent physical wall and a pretty decent baton passer.
I like using sand veil with a sandstorm team, it works pretty
well…

movesets for today are…
Physical wall.

Nature: Impish (+ Defense, - Special attack).
EV’s: 252 HP / 252 Defense / 6 Attack.
- Roost
- Stealth rock
- Earthquake
- Aerial ace
It
doesn’t hit as hard as It should, but roost and stealth rock
make a great combo, you just need to have some patience with
this one and you’ll be ok. It works great with sand veil and
sandstorm.
Baton passer.

Nature: Adamant (+ Attack, - Special attack), Jolly (+Speed, -
Special attack).
EV’s: 252 Attack / 252 Speed / 6 Defense.

Pretty
self-explanatory isn’t it? Sand veil works ok but your opponent
might want to screw your attack boost via intimidate, so hyper
cutter is a good and valid option for this set as well if you
are going to use swords dance.
Pros.
Gliscor
is good in double battles and has proven to be a great counter
for some tough Pokémon like Hippowdon because of sand veil, and
if you manage to swords dance a couple times it will also become
a pretty decent physical sweeper (you can also choose your
favorite elemental fang for this).
Counters.
Unfortunately ice and water attacks are on every team so you
will have to be very careful. Its special defense isn’t that
good so ice beam or surf will cause massive damage. Be careful
of taunt users as well if you are battling with the baton
passer.
Bottom line.
I’m
