To be honest, Sunflora is one Pokémon I haven’t really researched for movesets, so this is the first time I actually think about this one. Its special attack is great and it even has an ability to take advantage of it, so let’s find out the cool stuff bout Sunflora.

The movesets for today are…

Sunny beamer.
Sunflora@Heat rock.
Nature: Timid (+ Speed, - Attack), Modest (+ Special attack, - Attack).
EV’s: 252 Special attack / 252 Speed / 6 HP.
- Sunny day
- Solar beam
- Leech seed / Sludge bomb
- HP fire

Use chlorophyll. I’d say this is a standard sunny day set. Use it as you already know and you’ll be ok.

Solar power.
Sunflora@Heat rock / Leftovers.
Nature: Modest (+ Special attack, - Attack).
EV’s: 252 Special attack / 252 HP / 6 Speed.
- Sunny day / Leaf storm
- Energy ball / Grass knot
- Leech seed / Sludge bomb
- HP fire

This ability is just great if you want a kamikaze Pokémon. Sweep with everything you have and everything that crosses you path. The good thing about this one is that you can switch, and come back later, or use it with a Groudon team and save your move.

Its ability is a big invitation for you to try it out. May be a nice surprise for your overconfident opponents.

Fire types also take advantage of sunny day. So be careful of nasty things like Charizard. Flying and bug types are still a thread despite your sweeping abilities because Sunflora is very slow, keep that in mind at all time.

Bottom line.

Thanks for reading and for your patience, it has been rough times, but hopefully we’ll be having our weekly dose of reviews normally from now on. Thanks again.

Hope you enjoyed.
