This can’t be good. The legendary bird that is both flying and
ice types. Not a good combination if you ask me. 4x weak to rock
types. Which isn’t good. Its move pool isn’t the great either.
Its ability doesn’t really help, so despite its legendary title,
it’s not a very good option.
Now, the suggested move combination for this Pokémon. This time
only one. Try it, I think is a pretty decent combination for
Roar when necessary… Use toxic and ice beam until you need to
use rest. Repeat… Simple.
When should I use this Pokémon?
My advice would be: don’t use it. But if you really want to use
it, be sure your foe can’t use a fire or rock type attack. If

special defense and above average in defense
