A 3-D Pokemon Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentine's Day!

I found a couple of cute items while shopping this week.  First, this Pokemon "Amazing Scenes in 3-D" book from Scholastic for $7.99 at Toys 'R' Us.  It is only 20 pages long, but it's filled with colorful 3-D artwork of the main Black & White Pokemon and characters and includes a pair of 3-D glasses.  It may be a quick read, but I think this is a must-have for those that enjoy collecting children's Pokemon books.  It really is cute and fun to browse!  It has a fold out centerfold that's the size of 4 pages.  The back cover notes the book is intended for ages 3 and up.

I'm sure Omahanime is going wild over the TCG box I found, "Mewtwo Collection," found at Wal-mart for $15.98.  It includes a HUGE Mewtwo EX foil, a Mewtwo "Battle City" foil trainer card, 3 B&W Next Destinies boosters, a bonus online code card and a Mewtwo figure (now that's what I call 3-D)!  I spotted Next Destinies boosters & decks at TRU, Wal-mart and Meijer; however, not all the stores I visited had them out.  Gosh, I'm so out of it, I don't know the street date of this expansion, other than February.  I'm still embroiled with Harry Potter mania AND pals on Twitter have me checking out My Little Pony Friendship is Magic (the Brony phenomena--shoutout to Brandon on that!).

Enjoy your shopping; I'm waiting patiently for the next wave of Jakks mini-plush and oh my goodness, isn't the Toy Fair in NYC this coming week?  I can't wait to see pictures!  Pi-Pikachu! Buneary!
