The Buneary Has Landed...

... on the wings of a Starly!

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so, I'm going to let the picture enclosed do most (but not all!  ;) of the talking.  The Jakks electronic plush are VHTF still in my area; I have sighted only 2 Pachirisu, 2 Wobbuffet, 1 Starly and 1 Buneary in my travels throughout way too many big box retailers!  TRU's Pokemon vendor was in-store when I called last Friday; he had not yet seen the plush.  Only a few big box grocers seem to have gotten the plush here so far ($19.99).  It wasn't hard to convince the Buneary to hop into my shopping cart, as I was on an excursion procuring baby carrots, parsley, romaine and red grapes to share with my RL bun (yo, omahanime!).  I am hoping later this week, I will have time to take some shots of some of the cool stuff I've found recently.  Target has the long-sleeve green Pokemon T's in the youth section for $9.99; they have Ash with the 3 stage 2 D&P starters on the front.  Import grocers have gotten in some new Bandai candy-toys including characters from the 11th Pokemon movie (Shaymin, Sky Form, Regigigas, etc.); these sold out within days in my area.  One of my local TRU's restocked the TFG, Next Quest boosters and Groundbreakers starters (only).  And now... the mysterious photo.  Notice anything about the pic (other than I didn't get in all the way close because I liked how the Pikachu on the blanket looked gawking up at the Buneary! ;) ?  I have to thank John A. at MicroCenter for the inland USB 2.0 Multi-Card Reader assistance for making this possible.  Without this device, you'd be looking at text only... and a very frustrated consumer with a pricey (for my budget) cool looking new toy that is 100% incompatible with Windows "Mistake Edition."  LOL!

Oh, and don't forget Tuesday is Pokemon DVD release day; I found the D&P v.1-2 box set at Borders early but I still need to hunt down Battle Frontier box 2 later this week...

Buneary!!!
