[ACT](VC)[1/Turn] Generation Break 2:[Counter Blast (2) & Choose a face down card from your G zone, and turn it face up] Choose any number of any players’ cards in any circle other than (VC), and return them to hand. This unit gets [Power]+5000 until end of turn for each card returned. If the number of cards returned is five or more, draw a card. If the number of cards returned is seven or more, this unit gets drive+1 until end of turn.

Well, it’s nice as a way to get around Lock, at least in the Premium Format. Plus you can get extra Drive if you bounce something largely harmless like G2s, which could defend on RG circle anyway. But apart from that, Ange is for the most part a little lackluster. She has some use for certain matchups but otherwise just getting another Drive and some power doesn’t cut it in this day and age.

But this was before the Premium Collection Boosters, so I guess this was just a case of not aging well.
