A few days ago I asked WotC about Villains in the Neopets TCG.
I
thought these answered questions would help understand the
game.

understanding Villains in the Neopets TCG. The following questions concern

Can you start a contest with your
Villain?
Can you equip weapons to your
Villain?
I would appreciate it if you would answer these questions for me.

1) You can not start a
contest with your villain, they hold the arena so that
no one can start normal contests until the villain is defeated. (so your own villain can stop you and you can try to defeat
your own villains.)
2) You can not equip
villains, although some cards give villains
bonuses.
