Tobi
Today's card is [Jokester]. This version of Tobi has
an optional and Valid effect. When he's put in play
you MAY reveal your hand to your opponent. In this
case, if not Jutsus were revealed you may draw one
card. The effect is good in Limited, where sometimes
you're a bit short on draw power, and sometimes
Jutsu cards are scarce. In Constructed there's
better options than this. He does have Ambush, which
makes him good in that sense. Other than that, he's
just filler.
