23. Feudal Lord's Treasure is a full-permanent
Lightning Mission that gives one Ninja +2/+2. Pretty
simple boost that lasts as long as this Mission is
in play. Now, the cool effect comes when you send
this in-play card to your Chakra Area during the EoJ:
it gives that same Ninja +5/+5. Lightning tends to
focus on building up Chakra, and this card fits that
theme well. It also helps when you need a little
boost or a big one. It works pretty well in any
format. Try it and see!
