Today we have a Jutsu card that's meant for the
Pain Deck. It can only be used by a Ninja with
Rinnegan in the Characteristics, Ninjutsu in the
Combat Attribute, and 2 or more Entrance Cost. This
would disqualify the Pain Animals and Animal Path.
For two Colorless you can do one of two things to an
opposing Ninja. If the Ninja is Healthy, you injure
it. If the Ninja is Injured, you discard it. Simple
enough, and a good card for the Pain deck. Another
good thing is that even Nagato can use it (which can
come in handy in support situations as well as a
surprise when Chump Blocking). It's good in a
Constructed format, though it might not do so well
in Limited.
