Enveloping Chakra
This card serves as a good pump-up Mission in
Limited. For three turns one of your Ninjas will
have +4/+0 and "Tailed Beast Form". This could make
a strong Ninja even stronger. The only drawback (and
this could only be the case for a few) is that the
targeted Ninja MUST go out to battle every turn the
Mission is in play. This card is also good in
Constructed when using "Tailed Beast Form" Jutsus.
It can be helpful, but you must use it right. Try it
and see!
