Gaara of the Desert
[Narrow Escape]

N-339

Review Date: 07.23.08

Average Card Rating

Constructed: 3.00
Limited: 3.75

Ratings are based on a 1 to 5 scale.
1 being the worst.
3 = average.
5 is the highest rating.

Beastly Mage

Gaara of the Desert

[Narrow Escape] provides some Jutsu protection for him and his team. Protection from Jutsus such as Headhunter Jutsu is good, but not great. There are better Gaaras to maindeck, and this guy is good sidedeck material. Try it and see.

Ratings:

Limited: 3/5
Constructed: 3/5 (sidedeck)
Art: Just how narrow was the escape?/5

Gaara of the Desert

Wind
Turn 4
Sand/Genin/Male

A new set, a new Gaara.  Stats are awesome for a turn 4 with no cost or negative effect.  Preventing your team from becoming stand-by is effective in certain situations, but not enough.  Choose between this one and [Immense Power] for your Gaara deck.  However, in just a wind deck, I might consider him just for his stats.

Constructed: 3.8/5

Limited: 4.5/5

Tomorrow: Now with 30% less emo and 30% more fangirls.

Today is another new Gaara, but without the emo! Turn four, blablabla,

AVERAGE STATS FOR THE GUY WITH SHUKAKU IN HIM, blablabla, nothing

spectacular. Your opponent can't make your team became standby using

Jutsu.... Bla. There are better Gaara cards out there no matter what the

occasion.

Poo/5 (2/5)

Art: Meh.

Fun Fact: I'm terrible at Wii Sports Baseball.

Tomorrow: It's a card.
