The Tactic Against Sharingan Eye
The perfect Jutsu card for anti-Sharingan
decks (if there are any). Imagine negating the
effect of a Kakashi, or a Sasuke, or even Itachi...
too bad this card is a bit hard to come by. >.< It's
pretty good for one Lightning and one colorless
Chakra, and it can't be negated, making it even
better. If you have it, and have room for it at
least in your sidedeck, go for it.

Today's card is Tactic Against the Sharingan Eye.
It's a Jutsu, which means that it's used during the
Exchange of Jutsu, usually after Ninja Effects have
been used. For two Chakra, all you get to do is
negate the effect of a Sasuke, Kakashi or Itachi
card that activates during or after the exchange of
Jutsu.
Quite possibly one of the worst cards ever made.
