Paul Hagan Advanced Hardware --

Ok, I don't think anyone will argue that this is a decent card.  It is part of one of the major decks that people are seeing out there right now, the Fantastic Four Burn deck.  You get three abilities for the price of one, and it turns your pud characters into powerhouses.

The only real drawback to the card is that it has a Recruit Cost, but this can be a very hefty drawback.  A lot of times (barring the Fantastic Four decks), you want to drop an appropriately-sized character on every turn, meaning a 3-RC on Turn 3, a 5-RC on Turn 5, etc.   This can lead to you not having a good time to play this card, which is what usually keeps it out of my decks.

In limited, I'll usually draft this card up late, but not before then.  If you are looking for equipment, I would suggest Duel Sidearms or Unstable Molecules before Hardware.
