A completely aggressive card.  When you need to be fast and make sure that you're huge creature gets the job done, this is it.  Often, you'll only need 1, maybe 2 to effectively get the job done.  I'm not a big fan of it, though.  I think you play 2 at tops in a deck that needs them, and that's not many.  It's not versatile, but very good at what it does.

Since reinforcement is not as strong a theme in limited, this isn't as good there.  I'd play it in case it's good, but I'm not holding my breath.

An interesting surprise against your opponent.  While the ability isn't bad at all, the question is this:  Is it so game breaking that it takes up a spot in your deck. That depends on your deck. Blind Sided's problem is this. It's a one shot deal, so you had better make it count. Ideally, it would be used to push through enough break through damage to be a death blow.  If this were a renewable ability, amazing!  But it's not.  Any deck that used this would have to be super aggressive.  The Brotherhood beatdown deck finding space for it, as it depends on hitting fast and hard with pump abilities.  Stealing your opponent's ability to reinforce when you are hitting them with a pumped up Sabretooth could break the game for you. 
 
In limited, I'd throw it in if I needed some filler.  It *could* find itself useful, though in a much more random way than it would in constructed.

This is a very interesting card. At first glance I wasn't to into it. It has a good ability, but it does the same thing as ant man, and only once at that. The great part of this card comes from the surprise of doing it after you have attacked and they have active a creature to reinforce.  This card is extremely strong in brotherhood right now. I think this is the card that helps make that deck one of the best decks out there.
It isn't as strong in control decks so it isn't for every deck, but the decks that can use it make it a very strong card.
 
In limited I don't think of it as a great, or even good, card. I see it being used well on turn 7 or 8 to get that last damage through to finish off your opponent. Well I guess it is good. :P

This is a good card. Most of the time, they are trying to stop large amounts of breakthrough endurance loss when they reinforce a character. However, this stops the reinforcement and allows the loss to go through. This can make the game quite swingy, and that can be a good thing (if you are the player playing this card). There may be mroe focused cards for your deck in constructed, but in limited, I can't think of a reason not to play this card.

Team this card up with a big guy and you get the swing for the win chance that you could be looking for. The great thing about this card is that you can play it after a character has been exhausted to reinforce a character and your opponent has exhausted a character for nothing.

In limited this card could quite easily be a very early pick. It is intentionally a rare for the very reason that in limited multiples of these would a real bad time for your opponent.

Yes, I understand how devestating it could be for one of your opponent's characters to not be reinforced.  I also understand that said character not being reinforced could win you the game.  *However*, I can't understand how I should fit this into my deck.  In a 60 card deck, I generally want to play around 36 characters and 24 plot twists / locations / equipment, meaning I have to cram this card in and cut more useful ones.  If you really want this ability, try playing Ant-Man, Scott Lang instead.
 
In limited, where you don't get to play sets of Savage Beatdown or Children of the Atom, I can definitely see including Blind Sided as a good finisher.
