The Denier
by Scott Arko

Hey Pojo, here's the other deck i promised you. It is a sort of Blue control, but with a unique twist.I was very impressed with the way that the deck performed, not only against me, but when I tried it out.

4 Wall of Air
4 Glacial Wall

24 Island

4 Counterspell
4 Force of Will
4 Denying Wind
4 Brainstorm
2 Fact or Fiction
2 Tidal Surge
4 Meekstone
4 Millstone

The deck idea is to use Countering and the eight walls to fend off attacks, Card drawing to get mana, and Millstone for early decking. Then the deck sends it all out with Denying Wind to torch the opponent's deck. Tidal Surge can keep off attacks, and Meekstone to hold off big creatures. There's really not much more than that to it.

Sideboard

3 Air Elemental
4 Daze
3 Clone
1 Tidal Surge
4 Mox Pearl?(the blue one)

The sideboard is easy. Air Elemental is for use against other Denying Wind decks and the now infamous "Skies" deck. Clone can copy a big creature decks success, and Tidal Surge/Daze is against speedy red burn to keep their small creatures at bay until a wall can hit the board. The Mox Pearl is for use against Blastogeddon

Good Luck!
