This deck is capable of third turn victory and wins by at least sixth turn that's if you get a bad first hand.  this deck contains nearly no creatures so it is hard to win against goblin and control decks!!! strike fast

4 memory jar

Use: this deck is meant to use two major cards, memory jar and megrim preferably two but not always needed.  on your first turn play somethin like ancient tomb and then grim monolith or grim monolith and votaic key.  use the second turn to bring out an island or underground river to play blue mana and play tinker and bring out memory jar.  If you don't have tinker then play a goblin welder so he'll be there but not against a burn deck they'll just burn him alive.  Then if you haven't already drawn a megrim you should get worried but, you usually do.  then activate memory jar and them goblin welders to bring it back and use it's effect again and even if you only have one megrim that's 28 damage lol give em hell.
