Ok the main idea here is to come out running with small soldiers, then bust out mobilization and startt pumping them out. Gustcloak Savior and Mobilization combos amazingly, why not attack with everything each turn? everything is soldiers and if they block block you can jsut remove those from combat, the Bird Soldiers are amazing because thanks to Aven Brigadier theyll get +2/+2 for each Aven Brig. Commander Eesh is one of those Bird Soldier and because its unblockable makes it even better, it is the win situation since ur tiny lil soldiers will easily take care of the ground...
well thats basically it... I need more of a sideboard, I will also be happy to receive your ideas on how I should modify the deck and sideboard, but please no hate mail
