At the beggining of each players upkeep each players have to paid X where is
X is the number of Untapped land the player  control.



It's a very simple strategie you use the war drum to tap all your mana and
to make th scoria cat unblockebla and you let the other players take dommage
from the scoria cat(that are 6/6 creature now)and citadel of pain.
