I actually have a deck very similar to the one listed below, it works
fairly well and all, with some minor changes it might have a chance at
winning!

3x Megrim
Commons:
4x Dark Banishing
4x Nightscape Familiar
4x Stormscape Familiar
4x Recoil
4x Duress
4x Bog Down
4x Hoodwink
4x Sinister Strength
4x Hymn to Torach (I think it's common, if not, any other discard card
would work).
Lands (commons):
10 Islands
14 Swamps
I came up with this off the top of my head, but my deck did surprisingly
well against some other decks, obviously the point is bounce-discard with pain.
I think I'll call it Discarding Commonly.dec have fun!
