                            Type 1.x Tinker
Let me say this now: I. Love. Tinker. Playing Tinker
is like working on an engine. You just feel the power
emanating from the dirty, hot, rust colored mechanism.
                        Tinker rules.

                        -----

Oh yeah, thats a good deck.  I want to tighten
up stuff, give you more options, and of course, lots
                        more raw power.

                        Fuel

                        4 Tinker
                        4 Mana Leak
                        4 Stroke of Genius

                        4 Mana Vault
                        4 Metalworker
                        3 Grim Monolith
                        4 Voltaic Keys
                        2 Phyrexian Colossus
                        4 Masticore
                        2 Temporal Aperture
                        4 Phyrexian Processor
                        1 Crumbling Sanctuary

                        12 Islands
                        4 Wasteland
                        4 Tolarian Academy

This deck is a beast. Look at all the goodness in that
deck. I love the fact you have four Academies in there,
it gives the deck a tremendous boost.  Voltaic Key
is like strapping an afterburner on a 2001 Mustang and
filling it with solid fuel. That should mean that it
doubles whatever dangerous artifact you have on the
board. In fact, every artifact except Crumbling
Sanctuary gains power from the Key.

Im not sure if the mana will support Counterspell,
especially if you replace Islands with Sapprazzan Skerry
and Crystal Vein to further accelerate your mana
development.  Its makes for a more explosive
deck, but can leave you stranded in the late game. The
other consideration is Opt or Stroke of Genius. Opt gets
you the land you need early, Stroke can get you tons of
cards. It really depends on how fast you want to win.
For maximum aggression, try this deck.

                        4 Tinker
                        4 Mana Leak
                        4 Opt

                        4 Mana Vault
                        4 Metalworker
                        3 Grim Monolith
                        4 Voltaic Keys
                        2 Phyrexian Colossus
                        4 Masticore
                        3 Morphling
                        4 Phyrexian Processor

                        4 Islands
                        4 Sapprazzan Skerry
                        4 Crystal Vein
                        4 Wasteland
                        4 Tolarian Academy

Why is this more aggressive? Hey, this is a Blue deck
with FOUR ISLANDS. This deck is only two things: Mana
and Threats. You will always draw something that powers
and speeds whatever threats you have, or is another
threat. I have read reports where a Tinker player used
their Masticore to kill off their opponents Masticore
through TWO regeneration shields, while keeping mana
open to regenerate his own 'core. Thats at least
fourteen mana folks, and that was without Mana
                        Vault/Academy.

Remember: Power kills. Power comes from Mana, Cards, and
Broken Creatures. Tinker has all these things.
