I'm not really sure if this is where I send it but here it is...

 

I don't have any money and can only use cards in my collection. I don't have many well performing older cards but I do have a good standard base. I want this deck to be a contender in legacy and to keep the same colors. So far dredge is a problem and so is goblins. Any suggestions?

I’m pretty bad at Legacy, but I can still find a few ways to improve this deck. For starters, I am going to cut blue from the deck. Once these fixes are complete, you won’t need it and it will make room for other cards. First, replace Megrim with The Rack. It allows you to play your discard right away rather than waiting until Megrim hits play. Plus, it is a colorless source of damage. Also, I would add Engineered Plague. Against Goblins, it outright kills half of them and reduces the effectiveness of the rest. If you can resolve two, they will probably scoop right then and there. Against Dredge, you can use the plagues to permanently dispose of Ichorid, or, if you have two, name Zombie and prevent any Bridge From Below shenanigans. I would add Thoughtseize and Hymn to Tourach in place of Wistful Thinking and Ostracize.
