Sigiled Paladin

When this card was first spoiled, the source I heard it from commented that "building White Weenie just got easier, because you only have to choose 56 cards!", implying of course that this was an auto-4 of. I'm not convinced of that, since White Weenie likes to attack with multiple creatures and Knight of Meadowgrain is still out there, but other than that, there's no real pressing reason not to play this guy.

Sigiled Paladin

I've never been entirely sure what the best way to use my Exalted creatures is, even the obviously good ones like Rafiq of the Many or Sigiled Paladin. The Paladin looks like a standard variant on the two-cost white aggro creature, as appears at least once a year. Those kinds of decks don't like to attack with only one creature, though, as the effect of that attacker, however powerful, being trumped by a Saproling is just devastating. I think the right answer may be to combine Exalted with creatures that are either very evasive (like Soltari Priest) or already overpowered in themselves (like Rhox War Monk). Whatever way you end up doing it, Sigiled Paladin is a solid creature who plays his part well.

Sigiled Paladin

Constructed: Exalted still has allot of potential. This little knight that can get bigger and has first strike. White winnie decks are still sleeping in the closet.

Casual: White winnie in multi-player is not played much around our neck of the woods.

Limited: Exalted is really good in Shard's limited. This little dude can get in there and get the job. I have yet to drafted Exalted, but next time I will. After we do X, Lorwyn and Shadowmoor. Going to be busy.

Overall a good solid creature with a great ability.

Friday - Sigiled Paladin

A scary card in an exalted deck. Can hit for 4/4 first strike on turn 3 if you start with a akrasan squire. Exalted's a nice twist on limited but since the pump only lasts during the attack phase, cards like pyroclasm will stomp it flat. Outside of exalted, this card's great for white as an attacking 3/3 first strike for 2. Mana cost hurts it a lot but can't really change it. I think bant's better going control than aggro in constructed. Can be amazing in limited in an exalted deck.

Constructed - 3
Casual - 4
Limited - 4.5
