Noggin Whack

If you can prowl it out, it makes a very nice discard spell. Almost a Hymn to Tourach for its Prowl cost, or a subpar Persecute at its regular cost. Maybe not as potent as something that lets you look at the whole hand, but it'll find a place.

Noggin Whack

It's no Persecute, but playing this with Prowl is almost as devastating (certainly more than a name like "Noggin Whack" might suggest). For decks with a dedicated Rogue theme, this is close to a must-play. There really isn't any deck out there that likes getting hit with Noggin Whack.

I look at this card and think “meh.” Tarmogoyf makes discard less appealing, and Thoughtseize and Stupor are better anyway, even in a Rogue Deck.

- Constructed: 2

            Better than Fugitive Wizard...

- Casual: 2

            If Rogues are your thing....

- Limited: 3

Disruption is disruption in limited and this could easily make the cut.
