Lethal Vapors - If your opponent is playing creatures, they are almost forced to destroy this, resulting in a time walk for you.  A very interesting sideboard card for mono black control, or for consideration in any black deck for that matter.

Doesn't make the cut in limited as you can't really plan around it, and you would need to be "already winning" for it to be of any use.  As Scott likes to say, it only helps you win more.

Lethal Vapors
A black time walk.  That they get to choose when you use.  And is only good
against creature based strategies.  And doesn't come down til turn 4, so
isn't quite speedy enough to cripple fast beatdown decks.  And is only good
in limited if you're already in a winning position.  It may see its day in
the sun,  but only in a very specific use,  and I think not any time soon.

Lethal Vapours

Let me begin by saying, I love this card.  I won my first ever friday night magic with a deck based around Lethal Vapours.  (went 5 - 0 as well, beating U/G madness, Goblins and my arch nemisis, R/G Beats)

Combo cards include anything that will make your opponent not want you to have another turn.  I.E Alladins ring, Lots of creatures while they are tapped out etc.  My deck ran Mortivores and Twisted Aboms as the beats,, drudge skeleton and wall of bone to slow other decks down while I build up the mana base.  Notice all of the have regeneration?

Since 8th has come in, I have added skull of orm, which, although expensive, it really works well.  If you have 9 mana, your opponent doesnt even bother trying to sac it, as you can bring it back and play it all in the same turn.

Constructed rating - 2 (5 if your really in love with it and get a deck to work around it ... LIKE ME :D)
Limited rating -  1. (dont bother with this at all.)
Fun to use in a mindslaver deck rating - 10 billion (assuming your opponent doesnt sac it in response to you saccing mindslaver)

Lethal Vapors

This is a very weird card I'll say. I saw some combo with this and
Mindslaver. You play the vapors, sack mind slaver to gain control of your
opponents turn. Then you make your opponent pay 0 to skip his next turn. So
you get his turn and he skips a turn. Of course this may only work on
someone lacking cognitive function, but no matter what you do, your opponent
will respond with destroying the vapors and skipping the turn. Even if they
do skip their next turn, you still gain control of their turn after that.
So....for 14 mana you make an opponent skip a turn, and you gain control of
their turn after that.
