Doesn't fit the bill for a traditional constructed blue deck, which is usually light on creatures. Not to mention that blue would probably have to tap out mostly or completely to play this, something that blue is not usually fond of.

In limited, this card is much more playable if you have a good blue base and can handle the UUU in the casting cost. In that case, this card is really REALLY good, and will almost certainly break the game open for you. A first or early pick in draft if you have the blue base.

Wheee. Make all your creatures dragons. It costs 7 though, so if you're playing creatures, the game should be over by that time anyway, or you've already lost.

In limited though, this is just insane. Even better if you have a way of getting rid of this in response to its "make my creatures dragons" trigger. Any enchantment removal will do, and you should be playing it if you have it in OLS sealed or draft.

Day of the Dragon is expensive but lets face it - 5/5 Flyers are going to be bigger and better than any of the creatures you had in play before. A playable card for a deck built to abuse it. Maybe with Mistform Dreamer, Wakecaster or similar cards and a way to remove the enchantment it could get really interesting :)

Constructed - Build a deck around it for casual play, maybe it can even break into some tournaments but I doubt it - 2.75

Limited - Normally I don't like multiple colored mana spells in Limited but lets face it 5/5 Evasion creatures will rule the board and you know you will have a lot of creatures in play - 3.85

This thing seems pretty cool, it replaces all of your creatures with 5/5 fliers.  Even if this does get Naturalized or Disenchanted you get all of your old creatures back.  Seven mana with triple blue will definitely limit it's play though.

Limited:  If you can pay the triple blue then there is no reason not to play this.  Turn all your pathetic morph creatures and puny wizards into 5/5 flying dragons...I can't find the drawback.

Day of the Dragons
All your creatures become bigger, get flying, and get an extra life if
you've got something to bounce or remove the enchantment.  Like many things,
it's expensive but it wins limited games,  and the "expensive" part of that
statement is why it probably won't see much constructed play.  It would be
far more interesting if it killed all players' dragons when it left play...
constructed 2.5
limited 3.7

In constructed you could use this in some weird combo deck or something, but theres usually better win conditions than this.

In limited this is the blue bomb you want! This thing ends games SOOO fast it'll make your head spin. Even if it gets removed its not like all your original creatures are gone forever. This card is insane as long as you control 3+ creatures, and your not completely on your last leg. At the cheap cost of 4UUU I doubt you will be. Excellent bomb-Easy first pick whether your playing it or not!

Constructed: 1.5
Limited: 5
