Quick and dirty, this
beast can hit the board running, and do it in any
color deck. Sure, it can hurt if he leaves play
(my God, do not play this thing if your
opponent has Astral Slide on the board). But for
the most part, he would be a great addition to a
suicide type deck. He's really great in limited
formats, where removal for a 4 toughness creature
can be sparse.

Phyrexian War Beast
he's the right price for his size, and in an
environment that is light on
removal his drawback is minimal. in limited
though, you probably only want
to drop him 3rd turn about 50% of the time.

Cool! I like this one, its minor downside makes
up
for its artifactness. 3/4 for 3. Good suicide
card.
I use 3 in my own suicide deck...
Limited...I really don't know if this will be
played in
limited, its from Alliances, too far in the
past.

Phyrexian War Beast -
an oldie and seldom played card but this card is
really amazing. Perfect for aggressive decks, it
is colorless so it slips past CoP's and is very
mana efficient. The disadvantage is actually
pretty weak since it has 4 toughness and isn't
going to greatly affect aggressive builds.
Constructed - There
is better stuff out there so it doesn't see much
play but it can be a very strong card for the
right decks - 3.00
Limited - Throw it
into any deck and you have a nice sized creature -
4.50
PEZ - A very nice
addition to decks. Especially Green, Black, and
Red - 4.25 |
