Reckless One is a decent card, but a bit overcosted for constructed. If you are playing a Goblin deck, you want fast, low costed creatures, and Reckless one doesn't fit that bill, though it may be the largest Goblin you'll have on the board. ;) He'd be better in the late game, but in the early game, you really don't want to see a 4 CC creature sitting in your hand when your playing Goblins.

In limited, it's cool if you happen to be playing a ton of Goblins. It's even better if your opponent has some Goblins too.

Monday - Reckless One

This week we're looking at red cards from Onslaught. And here we have
another avatar. Only this one isn't half bad. Goblins are going to be widely
used in Onslaught sealed, and I've actually seen quite a few used in Type 2.
There are some great goblins in this set, and a theme deck could revolve
around this.
The fact that it has haste makes it better. Heck, by the time you have
enough mana to play this (4th turn), you honestly could have a 4/4 or 5/5
with haste. That's not bad at all.

Limited: 4.5

Limited: This is probably even worse than the wizard "X/X"er since goblins die easier and are less abundant in limited than all other creature types. Especially sparksmith, seems hes a pretty rare weenie to get. I have never seen this thing get bigger than 3/3, and his friends never help him besdies increase his attack power. All in all, hes a 15th pick.

Constructed: This sucker is not a constructed card. :)

Sealed: The fact that goblins are the rarest creature type, and they die easy, and you don't get a lot of a creature type in sealed often... just say no to the "Reckless One"

Constructed: 1

Limited: 1.5

Sealed: 1

Now we come to the One for goblins. The problem with this guy is, he costs 4 to play, and is totally dependant on other goblins being in play to be any good. Most red decks these dayd won't want to go that high for an effect that really doesn't fit red. I don't see this getting any play

Limited: Even if you get 4+ goblins, I don't know if I play this. I probably would, but it just doesn't seem strong enough for me.

Constructed: 2
Limited: 2
