Hello Pojo Fans,

Live☆Twin Sunny’s Snitch is another Spell to aid the Live Twin/ Evil Twin archetype.

Continuous Spell that is a RoTA for the archetype is a good addition. While it may not stay on the field for long you still get the search and that’s what matters most about this card. Four possible targets in your deck with Sunny’s Snitch, this should get you to either Lil-la or Ki-sikil as to go immediately into your Evil★Twin Link Monster. The other two don’t really get you to where you want to be: both banish themselves in the grave to do things: Lil-la Treat can drop an opponent’s ATK by battle damage a player takes, while Ki-Sikil Frost can get you a draw off your opponent adding something to their hand from their Main Deck. Frost and Treat both being able to Special Summon themselves depending on what monster you have on the field helps extend to get to the new Link 4 for the archetype, but that’s about it. The small LP gain and burn this card does is inconsequential. LP don’t matter as much anymore in the game (said that before) and it is such a small amount that this card will bite the dust before it does any significant damage.

Good for the archetype to finally get a RoTA.

We’re impending a new Evil Twin Link for the archetype, but for now we’ll look at the consistency boosting card that is Live Twin Sunny’s Snitch.

Sunny’s Snitch is a Continuous Spell that searches for any Live Twin monster from Deck on activation, which is great to get to Ki-sikil or Lil-la faster, or their holiday forms to extend your plays. Any form of searching is good for an archetype, and we needed a good way to search the Twins. The second effect isn’t as relevant, but it’s nice as your opponent Normal/Special Summoning monsters inflicts 200 burn to them while you gain 200 LP, just as long as you have an Evil Twin on the field. This is probably better when the opponent is low on LP, otherwise they’ll just spam their board anyways unless they actually need 40 summons in a turn. It’s something the Twins needed for a while to help you get your combo off faster without relying on Cynet Mining, and this being searchable off Secret Password is icing on the cake.

This card in part reminds me of that Cursed Twin Dolls card Bakura used against Yugi near the end of the original show.  Live Twin Sunny’s Snitch (fun name) is a Continuous Magic card, that when activated lets you add a Theme Monster from your Deck to your Hand.  Free and honest 1-for-1 there netting you a Monster is a good thing.  While controlling an Evil Twin, you gain 200 Lifepoints off each of your opponent’s Normal or Special Summons.  I find that annoying, but if they swarm or flood enough that this actually becomes a Lifepoint issue for them, likely, you’re about to lose anyway.  Or, if it’s that dire a situation, they’ll just destroy this card.  But I think it’ll sit on the Field being ignored more often than not.  Only being able to activate 1 per Turn seems unnecessary.  I suppose to keep you from immediately burning off an opponent’s swarm, it seems like a protection for the opponent, but alas.

Art:  This makes no sense to the title at all, but it does kind of fit the Theme 3/5

Live Twin Sunny’s Snitch

As I am too lazy to copy and paste the star, I will refer to this card as simply “Sunny’s Snitch” and omit the star from its respective archetypes. A continuous Spell for the Live Twin/Evil Twin archetypes, Sunny’s Snitch searches one of the four Live Twin monsters upon activation. As if Live Twin didn’t have enough ways to access their playmakers between Secret Password + Live Twin Home and Cynet Mining, you can now search the original twins if you somehow didn’t open them, or search the holiday twins for extending plays if you already have them. Worst case scenario, Sunny’s Snitch will eat an Ash Blossom, allowing your main combo to go through. Additionally, while you control an Evil Twin monster, your opponent will be burned for 200 LP every time they summon while also recovering your own LP by 200. It’s not much, but it can make a difference when the archetype’s boss monster can pack a horrifically high 4600 attack. Overall, a great consistency boost to an already very consistent deck, though we’ll have to wait for Burst of Destiny for a real power boost.

Art: 3/5 I can hear the “ohohohoho” and it mocks me.
