You can Ritual Summon this card with a “Libromancer” card. If this card was Ritual Summoned by using a monster(s) on the field, it cannot be destroyed by battle, also any battle damage it inflicts to your opponent is doubled. This card can make up to 2 attacks on monsters during each Battle Phase. When a monster declares an attack: You can banish 1 “Libromancer” Ritual Monster from your GY; this card gains 200 ATK.

Hello Pojo Fans,

Libromancer Fireburst is the only Ritual Monster in the archetype we’ll be looking at.

Use monsters on the field to summon Fireburst and you get a 2800/2800 that does double battle damage and can’t be destroyed by battle. Clearing out double the monsters during the Battle Phase alongside its battle protection is what this card does best. The banish to gain 200ATK off a monster declaring an attack doesn’t impress me. You have a strong boss monster that can gain battle protection and do double battle damage, that is enough. First Appearance can search this out and perform the Ritual Summon all by itself. If you want to give Fireburst some protection alongside the battle protection, Ritual-climb using the Level 3 Ritual Libromancer Firestarter alongside Libromancer Bonded to Ritual Summon Fireburst. Now you have a Fireburst that has destruction protection from battle, card effects, and cannot be banished. Now THAT would be a boss monster.

It may be an extra step since you need Firestarter on the field for all this to happen, but that strategy may be worth it in the end. As is, Fireburst holds its own. Strong stats, battle protection, and can do double the attacking of a regular monster. Firestarter may enable this to be protected through Libromancer Bonded, but those extra steps may take a side step if you want to pair Fireburst with Doombroker.

A Ritual week without ending on a Ritual Monster doesn’t seem right, so here’s the token Ritual Monster for this week in Libromancer Fireburst.

Fireburst is a Level 7 FIRE Cyberse Ritual with 2800 ATK and DEF. Great stats and being a FIRE Cyberse is alright. You of course can Ritual Summon this with any Libromancer card, which is standard for Ritual Monsters to mention what card you can use to summon them. If this was Ritual Summoned using a monster on the field, it cannot be destroyed in battle and any battle damage it deals to the opponent is doubled, so some good protection while also being able to hit even harder with a direct attack being 5600 damage without boosts. It can make 2 attacks on monsters during each Battle Phase, so that helps you get more damage in. Finally, you can banish a Libromancer Ritual Monster from grave when it delcares an attack to give it a 200 ATK boost. I dunno if this is really worth it, but extra damage if you need it is fine to have. It should just be any Libromancer card to be honest, not specifically a Ritual. Either way, it’s a pretty strong boss for dealing damage to the opponent. 2800 ATK is scary when it can do double damage, and other cards can give this more protection. It’s a fine boss.

The inevitable conclusion of the week had to be a Ritual-being Libromancer Fireburst.  Fire/Cyberese, Level 7, and a very awesome 2800 atk (and def).  Can be Ritual Summoned with a Libromancer card, and if done using a Monster(s) from the Field, it gains Battle Immunity, as well as being able to inflict double Damage.  Battle Immunity IS nice, but at 2800 attack, not a LOT is going to take that down, but it’s still better than nothing.  Being able to attack twice is always welcome, especially when you can deal double Damage, which gives this card OTK potential.  Two direct attacks (which note, don’t have to be consecutively made) at 5600 atk each is 11,200  Damage…pretty sure that’s enough to win a game.  Removing a Theme Ritual from your Grave, which can be done any time ANY Monster attacks, this card gains 200 attack. Negligible, but it does help with the Battle Immunity.  You protect this guy from Effects, and mind you, one Turn may be all you need with this guy to finish a Match off, so be quick and effective.

Art:  5/5  Tis is just sick, the background has it again here in best art, but that outfit (and hair, again) everything just works here.
