STRENGTHS:

Tyros starts pretty durable with 18 DV Invulnerability (though it slips to 17 Toughness immediately) and a little Leadership. Clicks 2-3 also bear Exploit Weakness.  Mid-dial, he drops Energy Explosion for a more close-combat-friendly combo of Flurry and Super Strength. Combat Reflexes on his late clicks shore up his defenses as he finishes up that melee fight.

WEAKNESSES:

Single-target Energy Explosion at a middling 6 range isn't much other than wasted points. But probably the worst failing is a complete lack of move-and-attack powers or even Willpower or something.

CARDS TO CONSIDER:

CONTINGENCY PLAN is that feat that makes Leadership mean something. He can use DAMAGE SHIELD on all but his 2nd and 3rd clicks...and ARMOR PIERCING might get some real mileage out of his Energy Explosion after all.

IN SUM:

He's a bit low-powered compared to his Power Cosmic version, although WAY cheaper. Not terrible, but I'd only play him for themey fun. 2.5 of 5.
