Pojo's HeroClix "Click of the Day"
||Vulture is the cheapest taxi in Marvel
Heroclix. His Veteran is only 24pts!
Vulture has only one power, on his first click, Charge. Charge helps out
with a flier because you can pick up a figure and attack. Use Charge to hit
weakened figures, since Vulture only has an attack of 8 and a damage of 2.
With an defense of 16 and a health of 5 Vulture can die fast, so quickly
taxi your figures. Vulture will fit in any team no matter the theme and is a
perfect choice for a flier.
Vulture is a Veteran with a rarity of 4. I had trouble pulling Vulture so I
just bought his whole set on Ebay for $3.00 plus shipping and handling, it
was a good deal. If your gonna buy Vulture on Ebay just get his whole set
don't bother buying just the Veteran. Scrye and Inquest have Vulture at
$4.00, with that $4.00 you can get his whole set.
His sculpt is ok. His wings are cool, there's a lot of detail in them, the
height, the rigid layers, and the way there attached to his arms. Still, the
sculpts not too good.
I love this guy. He is cheap for what he does, and that is a taxi driver
(Well, maybe more like pilot =D) In all honesty, he is great mostly because
of his cost. He isn't sturdy, but for only 24 points your getting a taxi
with a click of charge to start off with. Unique Wasp and Doombots are
great, but they are almost double the points. Vulture is the taxi of low

|With the new Indyclix rules coming out,
Vulture is almost worthless in the role he once had, so, I'm not gonna be
reviewing him as a drop and go taxi. I'm gonna review him as a
taxi/bodyguard. Why? Because the new rules say that the figure taxied can't
do anything for the rest of the turn. He doesn't receive an action token,
but he certainly can't do anything. Due to this, people now need to place
Vulture more strategically than normal, blocking LOF from the character,
among other things. So, even though Vulture can still be a taxi, he will
probably never be as good as he once was. Here's the verdict:
