There are 24 cards in the game.  You can receive the 25th (bonus) card if you complete the game with all 24 AND you have 250 Every-flavor beans.

Level found: Hogwarts Entrance
Description: After completing the game-skills exercises Fredand George Weasley give you this card in exchange for 25 Bertie Bott's EveryFlavor Beans.

Description: Enter the room hidden on the broomstick course by flying toward the Hogwarts crest on the far side of the compound.

Description: After Hermione teaches you the Alohoroma spell you enter the room with a bookcase and a suit of armor.  Cast Flippendo at armor and proceed into small chamber to you left to collect this card.

Level found: Wingardium Leviosa Lesson
Description: After Wingardium Leviosaing the marble block to open the secret room, enter this room. Flip the Flippendo switch on the far wall and do a 180 to face the large mirror.  Cast Alohoroma to unlock mirror and enter, then climb up.  You will emerge in a room with a Challenge Star hovering in the center, and there will be three chests arrayed around the room.  This card can be found in the far chest. Leap across the hole in the floor to collect the star, and the fall through the hole into the pool of water.

Description: Immediately after you read the first message from Hermione turn left.  You will see a tall bookcase crowned by a large mirror. Climb the bookcase via the side cabinets and unlock the mirror with Alohoroma. The card is inside the chest behind the mirror.

Description: Immediately after the Peeves battle descend the stairs. Fred and George Weasley give you this card in exchange for 25 BertieBott's Every Flavor Beans.

Description: Immediately after your encounter with Neville Longbottom turn left and approach the mirror. Cast Alohoroma to unlock mirror and enter.  Climb and jump and enter room. Cast Alohoroma at chest to unlock ,and collect the card.

Description: After completing the hedge maze approach the greenhouse area by the left archway. Fred and George Weasley give you this card in exchange for 25 Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans.

NOTE: Do not approach the door of the Greenhouse after receiving this card.

Description: After receiving Card VIII in trade from Fredand George Weasley DO NOT enter the green house.  On the far right side of the greenhouse there is a narrow grass-covered  wall which can be unlocked with the Alohoroma spell. Enter the alley behind the green house and trace around to the back.  You will encounter two dragon statues.  Cast Alohoroma at both of them and this card will appear on the footstone.

Description: In the third greenhouse room you will find an potted tree in the center.  The card is in a room below the tree.  To gain access to this room you must unlock the four Flippendo switches, each of which is concealed behind  a flower-filled bookcase.  Cast Alohoroma at each case and the Flippendo switches will become visible.  The potted tree will sink into the floor revealing a ladder ;descend it and immobilize the gnomes. The card will then materialize at the base of the footbridge.

Card XI: Edgar Strougler, #47

Level found: [I] Challenge
Description: In the room with the high hedges you must go to the far right corner, and there you will be able to climb and pull yourself upon top of the hedges.  You will see a chest in the opposite corner.  Run and jump until you reach this chest and open it with Alohoroma to collect the card within.

Card XII: Herpo the Foul, #11
Folio 6/7, Lower right (received out of order)
Level found: Forest Edge
Description: After you rotate the tube bridge and make your way past the venomous tentacula, you will see three slime snails.  Cast Flipendo at all three snails and a stepping stone emerge to the rights. Climb up and cast Incendio at the spiky bushes to gain access to the tunnels.  Card is in a chest in the tunnels.

Card XIII: Bowman Wright, #35

Level found: Forest Edge
Description: As you double back out of the tunnels and down on the stepping stone DO NOT follow the gravel path to Hagrid's hut.  The will be a thatch of spiky bushes in the far right corner.  Deflate them with the Incendio spell to access cave mouth. After Alohomoraing the first chest to get the Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans proceed ahead bearing left and climb to the waterfall level.  Open the trunk with Alohomora and collect the card. Now you can proceed to Hagrid's.

Card XIV: Morgan Le Fay, #17

Level found: Fireseed caves
Description: When you emerge into the open-air chasm there will be three outcroppings on the rock face to your right.  Jump and climb to until you reach the cave mouth.  Inside the opening is a wooden circle on the ground.  Go back outside to the third outcropping and look down. You will see a stone landing; jump to it.  Enter the small cave and collect the card.  Cast Flipendo at the gear mechanism to lower the wooden platform, mount it and cast Flipendo at the gears again to return to the top.

Description: As you run across 3 long Lumos bridges you will see a Challenge Star on your right and a large circular decorative shield straight ahead.  Use Alohomora to unlock and then jump through hole in wall to collect this card.

Description: Go down the main staircase and double around to your left (past the painting of the Middle Eastern-looking wizard).  Unlock the chest using Alohomora and collect this card.

Card XX: Elladora Ketteridge, #49

Level found: Potions Lesson
Description: Immediately after the first save book you will have to cross a room with two moving platforms, one which moves forward and back, and the other which moves up an down. Ride the forward and back part for to the far side of the room but don't jump to the up and down platform.  To your left will be a narrow landing with five Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans; jump to it, collect the beans and then turn to your right, where you will see a Flipendo switch which will open the door opposite.  Enter through this door and this wizard card is in the middle of the hall.

Card XXI: Hengist of Woodcraft #96

Level found: Potions Challenge
Description: Once you cross the long room by leaping across the two vertically moving lumos platforms turn left and go down the hall.  There will be two archways, one open and the other gated. In order to gain access to the gated room you must wait for the Bloody Baron to come out of it, and the run past him before the gate drops. Enter the room and go up to the dragon statue.  Cast Flipendo at it and a secret door behind it opens to show you this card.

Level found: Sneak up to the Tower
Description: After ascending a complex series of Lumos Ladders you will come upon a small alcove with a Alohomora-locked door.  DO NOT unlock the door and enter.  Exit the alcove the way you came in.  Jump down from the Lumos Ladder (very big fall).  You will now be in a long hallway with a blue carpet.  The card is in the chest at the dead end.

Description: After passing through the main door at the end of the library follow Fred and George onto the elevator platform.  When you reach the dungeon Fred and George trade you this card in exchange for 25 Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans.
