Hiya!
My name is Eric and I hope I can get help with my deck!
This
is my first ever Quidditch/Charms so it's probably gonna be horrible :)
The basic strategy. To my deck is to get out my heavy
hitting spells and creatures out fast! I don't like it when the game drags on
because that gives my opposition a chance to play certain cards that'll make
some of my cards useless: (To get my lessons out quick, I start with Hermione
Granger and hope to draw The Famous Harry Potter so I can draw cards cause I
usually end up with 1 or 2 cards in my hand.
Oliver Wood is in my deck to make my Quidditch cards like
Mid-Air Collision much more deadly. I like to try to put spells that need less
power so I can do at least something while I'm building up for some of the more
powerful creatures like Fluffy.

Don't worry about shortages-I have a few cards from the
adventures at Hogwarts set but other wise, shortages are not a problem.
Problems I run into with my deck is creature discarding. I
know that my spells alone will not be enough to defeat my opponent so I often
find myself depending on creatures that are discarded. That is the only problem
I've run into playing with this deck.

Alrighty, you got a pretty good basis for your deck going on. I'm glad to see you stocked Hermione with
lessons cuz you will definitely need them.
I have 2 main complaints with this deck. 1st is that you have way too many things that cost you
Care of Magical Creatures Lessons. If
you are sacrificing lessons the entire game you will never get to play
Fluffy! 2nd is that you
don't really have an early hitters. You
wait too long to get involved in the game and it may be too late for you. Magical Mishap is just plain bad
cardness. If you are going to use that
card, why not go for Stream of Flames, or Bewitched Snowballs? Stupefy does 5, but Fouled! hits earlier for
4 and robs them of an action. Little
changes like this should help out your deck a lot.

Characters:
Hermione is of course the best starter
for this deck. But I have found that
The Famous Harry Potter is invaluable to this deck. He helps you out a lot more than Oliver Wood will because he
helps you get more critters and damage.
So switch out Wood for another Harry Potter.
Creatures:
Let's keep this part just a little
simpler. Go for the 6,7,8 progression
with Vicious Wolf, Guard Dog, and Mountain Troll. Hopefully your opponent will waste all of their creature killing
stuff on these guys before you dig out the big three-headed monstrosity we all
know and love.
Quidditch:
We definitely need some Fouled! in here! Cobbing is great and Mid-Air Collision is just wrong! But I think stocking too many 10-lesson hitters is a bad idea. Your main 10 Power guy should definitely be Fluffy. So you need to decide between Mid-Air Collision and Out of Control. I chose Mid-Air Collision just because it does more damage. I took out the Ouches just because I think the other cards in here will be of more use to you.
Charms:
OK, we are putting more damage in
Quidditch and taking it away from Charms.
I played around with this lesson type a bit and finally settled on Fumos
for critter control and Halloween Feast for Retrieval. All of your guys are 3 or more health, so
one Fumos won't kill them. But if you
are losing, don't be afraid to use 2 Fumos to kill off all the Critters on the
Board. A lot of people are running
smaller creatures nowadays.
Adventures:
This deck is weakest against Creatures. It pretty much hurts with Quidditch and Creatures and you have Fumos in case things get out of hand. I put in two Riding the Centaur just to be on the safe side and it worked out pretty well. If you don't have Riding the Centaur, consider Wingardium Leviosa! or Wooden Flute.
Lessons:
You were right on the money here! I took away one Charms Lesson just to make room and it still worked very nicely.
