Here is another tip that I have recently thought up.  Character
selection is anotehr great debate umong new comers to the game.

Well in todays game there are so many new characters and old
characters to choose from.  I am here to give some general guide lines in choosing
a character.  First off is a common mistake.  Do not choose a character
by what it does but by how well it fits into your deck.

For example you are making a control deck that has cretures and
charms in it also.  Well most control cards are in the transfiguration group.
So you can pick a mcgonagall.  That way you do not need to put in any
transfiuration lessons and you can get rid of one adventure that your
opponent plays.

But if you were playing a healing and large damage potions deck
you shouild use a Snape that gives you healing an provides a lesson.  That
way you can put in annother lesson type and only use half of the lessons in
your deck as potions.  this is a common mistake in many decks that they use
a character that does not fit in with their decks.  I often use a
character that fits in with the deck that I am making.  And I do not choose the
character that I am going to use.

I hope that this helps you pick the character that you use in your
deck.  Have any questions or comments e-mail the mto me and I will do my best
to answer you or respond to your comment.
