Oh man. Well, being able to search your deck for any card you want is already something worth running, even if the gains aren’t until next turn. Sadly, this deck has no capacity to lock enemy cards in this V Series Messiah deck, but the chain of attacks through locking and unlocking exists…if you ride again. The fact that this card lets you draw for every unlocked card so you don’t suffer for hand is just absolutely gravy and gives the deck staying power, and being able to power up and thus allow one to run Force 2 (probably the better choice for this deck honestly) is a sweet bonus.

Searches for cards, increases hand, chain attacks – so yeah, it does much. So good card.
