Blood and Water

For a long time, Blood and Water had one of the biggest draw effects in the game. 3 cards is a very large amount, and with only the added cost of an experiance (which shouldn't matter in the decks using it), it effectivly has a high card advantage of 2.

Obviously, Blood and Water is still strong. If stones become popular, it may eventually be replaced by Braving the Unknown, but for now, Blood and Water is strong in most alchemy decks, especially Izumi and Marcoh, and again, any deck that has a level 2 strong enough not to care about the level 3. It's powerful draw, there really isn't much else to say.

In sealed and speed draft, if you somehow miraculously pull a Blood and Water from a premier starter or something, then it would be very good, but it doesn't earn a rating do the the extreme odds against such an occurance.

Constructed: 4/5.

Darktaro

We end this week with Blood and Water. One of the more sought after promos that can a bit hard to get. What makes this card so great in my opinion is the hand advantage that it generates. There are many cards that let you draw but for the most part only net you a +1 hand advantage since they usually only let you draw 2. Blood and Water is great because obviously it gains you a +2 hand advantage over your opponent. Once again with any experience spending card, it's best used if you plan on staying in level 2, but great for any deck that plans on just doing that.

Constructed: 3/5-In general decks you might want to stick with Quick Draw, More or Pomato, otherwise in decks revolving around level 2 this would get a 5/5.
