The Rundown: This Envy has better stats than
Envy, Vain AND better command.
Though, some of you might miss being able to
bring out Basque Grande, Brig.
General and Father Cornello, Disposable Pawn at
level 2. However, the tradeoff isn't too bad.
This Envy loves villains just like Envy, Vain
does but in a different way. Each villain you
have under your control gets +1 wits, which will
help you have active player status. In addition,
each villain you send into the search party
help's Envy's ability to send an ally home.
The Downside: +1 wits to all your villains is
one thing, but being able to recruit a 9 cost
villain is something that's hard to give up. And
if Envy, Vain isn't your cup of tea, then you
could always go with Envy, Just a Mask and level
up from Envy, Hiding in Plain Sight to get some
Hero hate going on.
Final Word: Fairly decent stats for an 8 command
leader and some pretty useful abilities. This
Envy just might replace Vain as the level 2 of
choice.
I give Envy, Vicious a 4 out of 5.

I think taht this card really isn't that bad,
but I mean, the Envy - Vain (in my opinion) is
just so much better, unless, you don't like to
run the best allys like meuger - land baron, and
other expensive homunculi things like that, then
sure, this guy ain't bad
but, I think that homunculi has enough wits. . .
