Envy,
Instigator
Envy is a 5 command leader. That’s usually a
downfall but Instigator Has a big set of
upsides. His over all stats are higher than the
other Envy Level ones plus he can redirect
events. You opponent tries to set you. They Get
set. Your opponent plays an attribute bonus. You
get it. He is very useful.

React Wits 5: Before targets are chosen for an
event, you choose the target.
Envy control, a widely favorite deck among
players, this card is a great addition. Although
the effect is great the ability is only good for
one turn seeing many people start policeman. You
choose the targets for any event played making
this redicously overpowered when done correctly.
You play Challenege the Sun? Sure your character
attacks my stronger character. When Envy, Just a
mask comes out and is usable this card will see
more play. It still remains one of the best Lvl
1 abilities out there though.
