This card should have been a common or uncommon.
I guess you can not ask for too much since this
is an old card. Military really does not need
any help lowering or raising the goal of
locations. This card is what defines a good and
bad deck maker. Use this card = bad, Dont use =
good.

May only be played by a military character.
Search strength 6: Riase or reduce the attribute
goal for winning ths location by the number of
ready military characters in your search party.
The las card of this week if House to House
search. The only way I see you using this card
effectively if your assigning to their locations
and lowering the goal so you can win their
locations other than that, play something that's
gonna maintain your field presence, I mean come
on your military. Reinforcements and supressing
fire are easy choices over this card.
