each of your other cards with 'Tringham' in its

The Rundown: Average stats for a 4 cost ally.
What really counts here is
Russell's ability to become stronger than your
average cost 4 ally. All you
need to do is put Nash Tringham and Fletcher
Tringham into play. If you're
playing an Elric faction deck, then it's
probably a good idea to run Nash
Tringham, Reclusive Researcher and Fletcher
Tringham, Petulant Child or
Fletcher Tringham, Young Alchemist anyway, so
why not run Russell while
you're at it? With those 2 in play, Russell is
now a 4/5/6--which is on par
stat wise with a cost 8 ally.
The Downside: In order to get the full effect
from Russell, you HAVE to have
Nash and Fletcher in play. In addition, if Nash
or Fletcher gets defeated,
you start feeling the effects immediately. It's
never a good idea to put too
much stock into a card that relies on other
cards in order to be useful.
Final Word: Even without having Fletcher or Nash
in play, Russell is still a
pretty good ally in his own right. The only
Russell I might consider running
instead is Russell Tringham, Idealist. However,
he's a mid to late game
ally, so I would recommend Son of Nash Tringham
at least until then.
I give Russell Tringham, Son of Nash Tringham a
3.5 out of 5.

This Character Gets +1 To Each attribute for
each other character you have in play with "Tringham"
in its name.
This is one of the best starters for Marcoh 7
right now, this with Fletcher Tringham - Young
Alchemist is already a possible 7 alchemy on
turn one!! (Russel gets bigger because Fletcher
has Tringham in his name and then Fletcher can
set to give Russel +2 Alchemy so 4+1+2=7)

Russel gets +1 to each attribute for each of
your other cards with Tringham in it's name.
Today's card is Russel. This card has more
playability today than it did on release. The
new "father Tringham" has that sub text and is
an actual playable card with a experiance bonus
augment. That combined with Fletcher would give
this 4 cost ally + 2 to all making his a force
to reckonded with.
With such a low cost you could technically drop
him and Fletcher in the same turn and over run
your opponents.
