Hello Pojo Fans,

Floowandereeze and the Magnificent Map keeps the Normal Summoning for your Winged Beasts going.

Reveal one of your Level 1 Floowandereeze monsters and then banish a different one from your deck. Deck thin gets you immediately to what you want to get to for later because of how all Floowandereeze cycle back off any of your Normal Summons. Immediately you get to Normal Summon that revealed monster, which should get you what you just banished, making the Field Spell a beak even on turn one and then a +1 for each additional turn.

While Special Summoning is abundant in the game and Normal Summoning is basically a thing of the past, it is still part of the game and often times starts combos. Magnificent Map takes advantage and gets you a Normal Summon on your opponents turn. Once you hit that Normal Summon you can keep chaining your Normal Summons as far as you want, preferably two Normal Summons of Floowandereeze and then a Tribute Normal Summon of Razia to spin stuff back, Empen for defense against attacking opponents, or get to Barrier Statue of the Stormwinds to lock your opponent out. While you can use Floowandereeze and the Dreaming Town to do this as well, it is always good to have a backup and Dreaming Town doesn’t thin the deck like Magnificent Map can.

With Unexplored Winds as the only draw power specific to the archetype, Magnificent Map is a great card to get to Winged Beasts you want and speed through the deck…though Wing Requital is for certain to be used in 3’s.

Most good archetypes can’t go without a good Field Spell, and Floowandereeze is no exception with Floowandereeze and the Magnificent Map.

Magnificent Map is a Field Spell that during the Main Phase lets you reveal a Level 1 Floowandereeze card in your hand to then banish a Floowandereeze card with a different name from your Deck to immediately let you Normal Summon said monster. Pretty good and simple effect, works well with Floowandereeze & Toccan to get back whatever you banished if it wasn’t another of the Level 1 Floowandereeze monsters, since those recover themselves. Second effect triggers when the opponent Normal Summons a monster, immediately letting you Normal Summon a Floowandereeze monster, giving you a chance to play on the opponent’s turn, which is a quality most Decks in the meta have now a days. Each effect is a hard once per turn, but that’s fine. Magnificent Map is a cornerstone of the Floowandereeze Deck and a card you want to see as soon as possible, hence the Spell searcher of the archetype searching this alongside any monster. You want 3 of this to ensure you see it as soon as possible.

Two weeks in a row I’m late starting the week, but I did review for yesterday, so check that out.  I’ve got to be more punctual or Crunch and Pojo will stop feeding me =D  Floowandereeze and the Magnificent Map is a Field Magic for the Archtype.  You reveal a Level 1 Theme Monster, remove a separate one (although anything in the Theme, not limited to Monsters, which is a plus) from your Deck, and immediately after resolution the card you revealed is Normal (yuck) Summoned.  The card gets better as it continues in text as you get to Special Summon any Theme Monster upon the Normal Summon off your opponent.  Each Effect is once per Turn and the latter is upon resolution as well.  This card is fun.  It gets you Monsters to the Field two different ways, and the removal aspect I think here is fairly underrated based on what these guys can do.

Give it up for day 2, the spell Floowandereeze and the Magnificent Map. As the name and art might suggest, it’s a field spell, so you can search it through Terraforming, and both of its effects are on a hard once per turn. During your main phase, by revealing a level 1 Floowandereeze monster in your hand and banishing a Floowandereeze card with a different name, you can immediately normal summon that level 1 Floowandereeze. Gaining an additional normal summon is essential for this archetype, considering that any disruption of the little guys will prevent their built-in extra normal summons. Plus, you might remember that all level 1 Floowandereeze monsters can add themselves back to the hand if you normal summon while they’re banished, so this card is a ROTA, combo fixer, and combo extender all in one. Map’s other effect lets you normal summon a Floowandereeze monster immediately after your opponent normal summons a monster. With the high number of powerful normal summons, like Swordsoul of Mo Ye and Aleister the Invoker, it shouldn’t be too difficult to trigger this effect, and because of how Floowandereeze cards work, you’ll almost certainly be able to field another boss– on your opponent’s turn, no less! Very deadly card catered specifically for Floowandereeze, which is how most good cards should be.

Art: 4/5 I like the cute and archaic art style used on the map and some of their other cards.
