So between this and Closet Balloon, which one would I prefer? In all honesty, probably Balloon. Dust is one of the best finishers for popular decks and since Dust removes abilities, this will never protect your Darkness-less Vanguard. Aside from local tournaments and a specific meta-call, this is probably better in a vacuum. Given you know what you’re getting compared to Closet Balloon’s random advantage.

Still, a Perfect Guard’s a Perfect Guard, so it’s an auto-perfect score.

What’s up, Rogue Squad?!  To continue our DI Week, we’re having a look at the newest Perfect Guard for them: Akrasiel. The thing about this one is that its major pro is to recycle itself back by binding a copy of her either from the drop zone or the soul, so recycling is always great, but the major drawbacks are the Counterblast cost (which isn’t so bad thanks to Daybreak and Monochrome) and the fact that her PG skill is only for Darkness-skilled units, so while it’s not as restrictive as the Vanguard only PGs like others before her, this hurts mainly against the Dust matchup as Dust will null the fact that you have Darkness to begin with ergo making this unuseable against arguably the best Zeroth Dragon in the game.  Overall, I do prefer this over Closet Balloon and Flag Breaker, but you just have to be careful about using this in certain matchups.
