Drizer's Dungeon
Changing Your Perspective on Things
December 22, 2005

Hello Pojo readers, welcome to a special article in Drizer's Dungeon, this is one of my first articles in a long time. I was just thinking one day, when this just came to me. I will be adding more cards to this list as the time goes by, this is all I can think of at the moment.
So enough introductions, let's start.

Emeral

When Emeral first came out, it wasn't highly thought upon since Rampage wasn't one of the greatest sets to hit the market, this card was highly over-looked. Most of us think: "Yes, I get to lay down a Awe/Pit/ect" But most of us don't realize a different effect of Emeral.

Along with being a cheap Merfolk compatible creature, Emeral allows you to put down a special little trigger or even put up a bluff. The one thing we do not realize is that we also get to pick up a different card.

This "different" effect can be highly dangerous. In my 4cc, I LOVE Emeral'ing. Most people say 4cc isn't consistent enough to work, well, with this card, we may pick up that green mana to summon the Cryptic Totem we need to win the game!

Diamond Cutter

As soon as this card emerged, there were tons of decks around it. Then it died out a bit after a big swarm of people using Crystal Paladin. Well, it's still down there in the box of unused commons. This can still be a very good card. If put in the right deck, this could make a whole field of speed attackers!

This card belongs in a Nature/Light deck. Theres a card in the new set (Set
9) that will be available in JANUARY. This card allows you to "double" your mana. Well, if your meta doesn't run Soul, this combo is golden for you.
Here are my thoughts:

Build up a hand, get out Cryptic and other 2 drop Nature creatures or 1 drop blockers, and just surprise your opponent with a whole army of Cryptic effective creatures, and your opponent wouldn't even have seen it coming!

Bazagazeal Dragon

This card you'll see in most control decks. Aside from being a nice double breaking speed attacker, it also returns to your hand and can attack untapped creatures. This card has a very nice 8000 power. This creature has a higher attack then most control oriented cards, which is very nice. If your opponent is top-decking, then that means they have one creature per turn, which in turn, equals even more control because that creature keeps getting demolished by your Baza Dragon!

That's all for this month's edition of Changing your Perspective on Things, hope everyone liked my critical thinking!

Till next month (or time xD),

Drizer

This will be updated preferably once a month with three cards a month, please submit a card if you think it has a different aspect of the card that most people over-look, and I'll add it to my list!

Send all submissions to:
