tips for building a deck.

Everybody wants to build a good, deck but a lot of them don't know where to start. Here's a few tips to help, if you are one of those people.

(1) Pick a strategy.  You should pick a strategy or goal for you're deck. This will help you decide what cards to put in you're deck and what cards not to. Do you want to build a deck using only a certain color or color, a stall deck that will make you're opponent run out of cards before you do, one that relies on unblockable creatures? Having a goal for you're deck also helps you determine what cards you need to get.

(2) Fix the weakness in you're deck. Many people only look at the strenghts of their deck. This is bad. You need to also look at the weak points of you're deck and try to fix them. For example if you run a lot of red cards, you might want to throw in a few blockers from other colors. Why, because the an all red deck, will have no blockers and somebody going up against that deck will be able to attack the shields at will.

(3) Balance out the cards in you're deck. One of the most important that somebody needs to do to build a good deck is to include a good balance of cards. If you include all strong cards that cost a lot of mana, you're opponent will destroy you early in the game. But if you include only weak cards that cost almost no mana in you're deck, you will lose fast if you're opponet plays something strong.

(4) Make sure you're cards support each other. You want to make sure one card in you're deck isn't going to counter act other other cards in you're deck. For instance if you have a lot of revival cards in you're deck, you don't want to put a card in you're deck that will prevents cards in you're graveyard from being  revived.

(5) Try to find combos in you're deck. This is important, many card work extremly well when used in combination with other cards. Try to find combos in you're deck.

(6) Don't be afraid to make changes in you're deck. Over time, new cards will be released and people's strategies will change. If you find that a card that used to work really well in you're deck is now useless, swap it with something else.

(7) Have fun. This is the most important part of building a good deck. You have to enjoy what you do. Have fun with it.

(8) Try to be original. Find strategies that very few people use. If you do you are more likly to catch you're opponent off guard.
