[ACT](VC)1/Turn:COST [Counter Blast (1)], choose one of any player’s front row rear-guards, and bind it. If your soul has a grade 3, you and your opponent choose a card from their hands, and bind it.

First things first, I’d just like to say that I chose this because of what the deck did until December. FULLBRONTO has little to do with my choice for Top 10, but it certainly gives it a push. But under its own merits, Dragonic Vanquisher provides a good way to murder enemy hands, is easy to proc without riding again thanks to Jaggy Shot Dragoon, and makes lanes. Maybe my choice was influenced a bit by the fact I main’d this until Kagero FINALLY got supported again, but what the hell else could I have done?

Saved that money on stuff that’ll keep the house over my head thanks to the economy being tanked due to the job-losses nationwide? Well yes, but apart from that.
