Chapter2
She was crying her eyes out on her mother's body. Her body was still warm and soft. Calei couldn't believe
that her mother was dead. She ran off to where the man who had killed her parents was and she saw nothing.
That little pod that he came in was gone too. "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!" she shouted angrily.
She searched the area for a few minutes to see if she could find any sign of him. She couldn't find any trace
of him at all. "WHERE IS HE?!?!" shouted Calei. She returned to where her mother was and she lay down
next to her crying and she cried herself to sleep. 
She awoke later from footsteps nearby. She looked up and saw two men and a woman speaking. She could
barely make out what one was saying. “It’s sad to see that someone killed the family...and that little girl
too...who could’ve done such a thing?” she heard the woman say. She sat up and looked at them. “Oh my
goodness! She’s alive!! Thank goodness!” said the woman excitedly. She ran over to Calei and started to
brush her off. “Are you all right? Do you remember what happened?...”asked the woman. 
“My mommy....I think she’s dead...my daddy too...”said Calei.
“We’ll find them.” said one of the men.
“Mommy told me to go to find a guy named Master Roshi...Do you know where to find him?” she asked.
“Master Roshi?” asked the other man with surprise in his voice.
“Yes, Master Roshi...Mommy told me to find him...”she said. “Do you know where he is?”
The man was surprised. First of all, she was looking for Master Roshi, a famous martial arts teacher.
Secondly she was about 4 or 5 and she was speaking like a 12 year old. Why would her mother have her do
martial arts at such a young age? Suddenly, he thought he heard something. “I know you know where he is”
she said, only her lips didn’t move when she spoke. “Can you take me to him?” she asked telepathically.
“Huh?” he thought. 
“Can you take me to Master Roshi?” she asked again telepathically.
“Um...ok” he answered her telepathic thought.

They buried her mother and father, and the man, whose name was James, took her to find old Master Roshi.
It took them 5 days to find the little island that Master Roshi lived on, Calei got out of the car and got her
stuff and thanked James for the ride and gave him 20 dollars that she had stashed away. After he left,  she
set out to find Roshi. 
Master Roshi felt someone powerful approach him. It wasn’t Goku...and definitely not Krillin either...he
wondered who it could be.
